EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Alfredo Primicias, Director- Human Resources and Administration, has been an HR practitioner for 15 years. His work experience ranges from food companies to financial institutions to manufacturing. His most recent stint was being the senior HR manager of ePerformax Contact Centers. He currently teaching Personnel Management Organizational Planning and Development and Productivity Circles at De la Salle- College of Saint Benilde. His professional affiliations include Personnel Management Association of the Philippines and Philippine Society for Training and Development. He is the president of the Association of Trainers in Tourism and Allied Industries. Freddie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines, master’s in business administration from the Ateneo de Manila University, and diploma programs in human resources management and organizational planning and development from De La Salle University. He also completed the Human Capital Management program at the Asian Institute of Management, and is a licensed facilitator of SGV- DDI’s Interaction Management, Targeted Selection and Service Plan.
