EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Jack Rodriguez, Chairman, is involved in real estate, construction, asphalt manufacturing, industrial waste, and software programming. Starting out as a programmer and a teacher, he eventually gravitated towards the real estate industry where he accepted a job at Valley Mountain Mines, Inc. In 1987, he successfully developed his first project, Springville, in Bacoor, Cavite. He partnered with UNIVAC Development Corporation and was responsible for the development of over 1,000 hectares. He is currently a director and equity holder in UNIVAC and its sister companies. He is also the President and CEO of Valley Mountain Mines, Inc., Micromansions, Inc, Green Globe Environmental Technologies, Inc. and director of Bondlink Corporation. His motivation, dedication and sense of responsibility made him a successful entrepreneur constantly seeking new challenges.
