EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Michelle Lao, Director- Operations, Information Technology & Implementation, brings over 6 years of expertise in business process outsourcing and information management. She has built successful corporate relationships with clients of diverse nationalities. Prior to joining LogiCall Inc., she was Vendor Manager Lead at Accenture. She helped take the company uphold operations to market leadership and rapidly growing revenues. She was the Operations Director at Sykes Asia, Inc., where she quickly rose through the ranks from Technical Support Agent, Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Operations Director. She helped the company sustain client profitability through successful operations management. She was also instrumental in the conceptualization and setup of the Standardization Team that contributed to the effectivity and efficiency of internal operation processes and coordination with the support group. She has managed a client portfolio of more than 16 accounts. Michelle earned her BS in Computer Studies majoring in Software Technology from De La Salle University.
